1. How do I return my device?

2. What will happen when I have used 500 MB of data?

  • When 500 MB has been exceeded, you will be disconnected from the device.

3. How long does it take to fully charge the device

  • About 7.5 hours.

4. How long can the device work continuously?

  • About 15 hours after a full charge.

5. How does this work as a power bank?

  • Devices will start charging as soon as a cable is inserted into a standard USB port.

6. How many devices can be connected to Uni-fi G2 at the same time?

  • 5 devices are considered the maximum number you should connect at any one time

7. How long does it take to connect to the internet after starting up?

  • Normally 1-2 minutes. It may take up to 10 minutes to start up for the first time in a country.

8. Why does the signal icon show 3G even if the device supports 4G?

  • The Uni-fi service depends on the local operators’ network but the 4G network is prioritised. When the 4G signal is weak, the signal will be transferred to 3G.

9. What if my flight is delayed and I am unable to return my device at the correct time?

  • Just make us aware of the delay and give us an indication of your estimated time of arrival.

10. My device is lost, stolen or damaged – what should I do?

  • For lost, stolen or damaged devices please consult the Uni-Fi terms and conditions of use and contact us immediately.

11. Is it possible to extend my rental period?

  • Yes it’s possible. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your rental period ends.
