Rental process

Before your journey

• Collect your uni-fi device at our Uni-Fi stand in Heathrow Terminal 3 Departures after security check which is near gate 28.

• Our Uni-Fi reps will take you through the rental guidelines and all you need to know about your uni-fi device
   

During your journey

• Switch on and connect – your uni-fi device will automatically find the best local mobile network. Remember, to avoid any extra, unwanted charges, do not switch on your device until your rental start date commences.

• Simply connect up to 5 devices and start browsing immediately.

• Use up to 500mb per day – you will have a 500mb daily allowance of data. Once that runs out, you will be disconnected. Remember to charge your device to allow for continuous Wi-Fi availability.
   

After your journey

Return your device – when you return from your trip, simply drop your uni-fi device back to the Uni-Fi stand in T3 or to any Sim Local store located in Heathrow terminals 2, 3 or 5.
